How Trueform Started
We started Trueform because we kept running into the same problem, and we know we were not the only ones.
Getting dressed for something important, a job interview, a dinner, a night out, and not being able to find a dress shirt that actually fit. Not because of size. Because of build.
Years of training meant broad shoulders, a developed chest, and arms that turned every standard dress shirt into a straightjacket across the top and a baggy mess around the waist. The options were either boxy and loose everywhere or fitted but pulling at the buttons. Designer brands charged $120+ for the privilege of still not fitting right.
We kept showing up in shirts we had tailored and kept thinking the same thing: this should not be a $150 solution to a common problem.
That frustration became Trueform.
What We Set Out to Build
We had one goal: make well-fitted, athletic-cut clothing that does not cost a fortune and does not make you walk around as a billboard for someone else's brand.
No oversized logos. No inflated luxury markups. Just clean, structured clothing designed around the way athletic bodies actually look.
Our first product, the Muscle Dress Shirt, went through 12 different fit iterations before we were happy with it. The taper through the chest and back, the snug sleeve fit, the relaxed waist. Every detail was deliberate.
Where We Are Today
What started as one shirt has grown into a full collection of muscle-fit essentials. Dress shirts, polos, tanks, bottoms, and sets, all built around the same principle: clothes that complement your physique without the noise.
