Refunds
Discounted items are non-refundable; however, we may offer partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
If you have any concerns about your purchase, please email us at support@trueformwear.com. Our team will respond within 24 business hours to help resolve your issue.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item meets our return conditions outlined below.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Return Conditions
- Items must be undamaged, unused, and properly packaged.
- Products showing signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary for inspection may be subject to depreciation or refusal of the return.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom-made goods
- Hygiene products
- Opened cosmetics
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Please ensure to obtain a tracking number when returning your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your return is due to damaged or incorrect items supplied by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process

2. Complete the Withdrawal Form
Fill out the withdrawal form provided (link at the bottom of the page).
3. Ship Your Return
Send your package to the address provided with tracking, and email your tracking number to us.
4. Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
